Our Service Staff for all the departments are selected mainly based on the Attitude, qualifications, suitable for their profession and with the previous experience in
the related field.
All the staff are trained to their jobs regards to their duties and responsibili-
ties. All staff must undergo the standard training schedule for HACCP and ISO
22000:2005 Certification which includes: Food Safety Management 1,2 and 3
courses accordingly.
All the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Service and production
will be adhered by the staff at all times.
